1.3. We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
a. We DO NOT allow returns on sold courseware subscriptions through- online and our channel partners.
b. Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – be they online or through our respective channel partners.
c. We DO NOT encourage exchanges of subscription access to our FSDC bundles.
d. We DO NOT engage in reselling used subscriptions of our courseware midterm of the entire access period and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the same level of customization as each student is unique and the platform intelligently adapts to his/her style, pace and way of approaching the foundational skill development program concepts.
